About Me
My first career job was as a partner in a small business. I had strong values, high standards and a thirst for knowledge but lacked experience. The standards and values carried me well but I was transformed when I learned management and leadership skills from mentors.
I went from working 14 hour days 6-7 days a week and no personal life to wondering what I was going to do between quarterly strategic planning sessions. I had time for a personal life again and a chance to reconnect with my personal vision and objectives.
My profession is now the vehicle that delivers my personal vision and my motivation is "I realize my success through others".
I ran that small business for 14 years and for the last 10 years I have mentored many business owners and managers using a program that has proven successful with thousands of people just like you.
